The biggest area, approximately 820 sqm, is occupied by Basware, a “purchase-to-pay” IT company, based in Finland. 50 employees are expected to work in the company’s new offices in Iasi; their number is to be increased to 100 by the end of the year. The other new tenants of United Business Center are Movial and PricewaterhouseCoopers. United Business Center was developed by Iulius Group in the centre of Iasi, as a part of Palas mixed-use project. The business center has three office buildings class A, with more than 20,000 sqm rentable area.
