Orhideea Gardens project is facing insolvency, requested by RADET
Orhideea Gardens, the 400 apartment’s project developed by the businessman Daniel Piţurlea on the land of a former bread factory on Calea Plevnei in Bucharest, entered the insolvency at the end of April at the request of Autonomous Thermal Energy Distribution Administration (RADET) from Bucharest.
The complex, including five buildings of 11 floors each was completed at the beginning of 2009 following an investment of EUR 65 million, also financed by EUR 30 million loans Bank Austria Creditanstalt (UniCredit).
