The company expanded its client portfolio, continuing to have Ceetrus as its main partner, but also managing to conclude seven new contracts with third-party clients. This strategy, established at the end of 2023 and implemented in 2024, generated results beyond expectations.
In 2024, Nhood Romania added new services, including ESG consulting through the Energy Sobriety, Green Lease and Carbon Footprint programs, as well as consulting in the entertainment, food & beverage and franchise fields. The company also expanded its Capital Market services, offering financing and credit structuring consulting. New clients in the portfolio include Urbano Cluj, Lagardere, MADEX and Spartan, according to the official press release.
Regarding real estate projects, Nhood Romania managed the development of the commercial area in the Coresi neighborhood, Brașov. The company was involved in the design and marketing of the spaces for the new Decathlon, Farmacia Tei and Bebe Tei stores, totaling over 7,000 sq m.
Current market trends show a growing demand for flexible and sustainable spaces. In the office sector, companies are looking for modern, energy-efficient spaces, and in retail there is an increased interest in shopping centers that combine shopping with entertainment and wellness areas.
For 2025, Nhood Romania aims to increase its turnover by 22%, by attracting new customers and expanding services, with a particular focus on sustainability and implementing green lease solutions. In parallel, the company will complete the projects managed for Ceetrus in Brașov, including the U1 office building, which will offer 10,500 sqm of class A space.
Among the objectives for the current year are the integration of ESG principles into all projects and the adoption of energy efficiency solutions, such as the installation of photovoltaic panels, to reduce the carbon footprint.
