The project is bought from the company Immofinanz, in the portfolio of the Czech group CPI, through a new company, Iride Development. Established in November 2023, Iride Development has a shareholding in Cyprus and is managed by Angelo-Marius Niculae.

"Approval of the conclusion of the transaction by which the Company (Italian – Romanian Industrial Development Enterprise – Iride SA – n. ed.) sells to Iride Development SRL, the property of IRIDE (…) and a series of real estate assets of the company (…), in exchange for a price in the amount of 44,700,000 euros", according to the information published in the Official Gazette.

Iride Business Park has a leasable area of ​​83,286 sqm.

In addition to the fuel business, businessman Alin Niculae has strong real estate interests, owning the development companies Akcent Development and Exigent Development.

The first company has the office projects Oscar One (2,646 sq m), Maria Rosetti Tower (5,800 sq m), Eminescu Offices (7,000 sq m) and Mendeleev Office 5 (4,500 sq m), as well as the residential projects Cloud9, 19 Residence, 20 Residence and 21 Residence – phases 1 & 2. Last year the company started Akcent City in Bucharest Noi, an investment of 90 million euros.

On the other hand, Exigent Development has in its portfolio the largest residential parks in the Militari area – Plaza Residence, which have already reached phase 5.

As for the seller, Immofinanz, it recently made a transaction on the local market, by selling the former Bancorex building, on Calea Victoriei, to the Israelis from AFI Europe for the sum of 27 million euros.
