MEF currently has its headquarters in Tower Centre International  office building on Ion Mihalache Blvd., near Piata Victoriei. The lease agreement, which has expired in December 2015 was extended by an addendum by 30th of June 2016.

MEF estimates that, for 543 persons – currently working in the premises – the necessary area will be 6,000 sq. m. The rent price could go up to EUR 20.2/sqm without VAT, to which adds an estimate monthly cost of EUR 3.6 for service charges.
