"The concept behind our projects -" Workplaces by Skanska " - created from the tenants 'needs is based on four principles of sustainable development: working environment, location, tenants' profitability and green building. The implementation of the concept in Green Court Bucharest is once again validated by the partnership with Merck, the leading pharmaceutical company with an impeccable reputation and long tradition", said Aurelia Luca, Country Manager, Skanska Property Romania.
"The Merck team was looking for a place to ensure efficiency, productivity and visibility - attributes that Green Court Bucharest offers to its fullest”, she added.

"Merck Romania needed extra space because the team was intended to grow, and we wanted a more visible headquarters to reflect the new image of the company. In Green Court we managed to create an airy and efficient space that has become inspiration for the team. We believe the inspired choice of an office space is an investment in business and team", says Laura Pricopciuc, Communications Responsible for Merck Romania.

The Green Court Bucharest project was developed using sustainable technologies and solutions, including the energy-efficient façade that reduces solar thermal transfer, contributing to indoor thermal comfort, a ventilation system with increased fresh air that contributes to creating a working environment, energy-efficient lighting systems equipped with motion and intensity sensors, bicycle parking areas and bicycle facilities (changing rooms and showers) as well as power stations for power cars.

The Green Court Bucharest office building C provides a rental space of approximately 16,300 m2, it has 12 floors on the surface and a three-storey underground car park with 242 parking spaces. The project was completed on June 1, 2016 and currently has a 83% occupancy, with most of the tenants being IT & C companies. (source: forbes.ro)
