The plot, situated in the vicinity of Marina Regia complex, will allow to actually double the area of the current resort where there operate two hotels and 46 individual villas.

Marina Regia representatives did not offer yet any information regarding the investment plans of the company for the recent bought land.

Pirates Inn, controlled by Dumitru Vişan, entered insolvency in the beginning of 2011, and in March 2012 the Court in Constanta declared the company’s bankruptcy, with the foreclosure of the assets through the Casa de Insolvenţă Transilvania. (source: zf.ro)
