Harman’ offices will be situated in the first building of the complex Metroffice, including six floors. The total area of the complex will reach 40,000 sqm and will be delivered on the market in two phases.

The advantages which led to the selection by the tenant of this building include the proximity to the metro station Pipera, the construction’s modern specifications and green features (the building will be awarded with LEED Gold). Moreover, an important argument was the generosity of the floor plate, including 3,600 sqm of offices, the flexible fit-out and the natural light accessible on all building’s sides.

Other green specifications of the building include extra comfort HVAC, windows that open, green area on the roof and outside the building, in special designed areas.
