The company Rezident Suport, founded in the beginning of this year by Petre Niculae (with 90% shares) and Marilena Niculae (10%), obtained in the beginning of September from Sector 6 City Hall the construction permit for a mixed-use building – offices and residential – on a plot situated at the crossroad of Regie Blvd. and Orhideelor St., near former Bavaria club and across the road from a Lukoil gas station.

The works started few weeks ago, being commissioned to the construction company Pedro Company Constructexim, a company with 225 employees, EUR 5.5 million turnover in 2012 and a net profit of EUR 580,000 according to the balance sheet submitted by the company to the Ministry of Finance.

There are no public data about Petre Niculae and Marilena Niculae, the founders of Rezident Suport company. Considering the duration of the construction permit, the works should be completed within a year, by autumn 2014. (source: zf.ro)
