In this sector the foreign groups are leading, as 40 of the 50 projects are controlled by foreign groups, while the Romanian investors own ten of the largest business centre, totalling 342,000 sq. m (23 pct of the studied area).

IRIDE Business Park in Pipera, owned by Austrian group Immofinanz continues to be the largest office project in Bucharest, and the Austrians also started this winter an expansion process with a building on 20,000 sq. m, scheduled for completion in 2016.

Among the Romanians, the largest portfolio belongs to Liviu Tudor, the owner of the business parks Novo Park and West Gate, projects that could also be expanded, but only after signing firm agreements with potential tenants. (Source: zf.ro)
