Stamate has almost ten years' experience in property management and joined JLL in 2011 as Head of Office and Industrial Property Management. Previous to JLL she was responsible for managing office, industrial and retail properties at King Sturge and DTZ.
She is responsible for the 200,000 square meter portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties the company has under management for clients such as Lone Star Funds, West Coast Capital, UniCredit Leasing, Nova Imobiliare, Casa de Insolventa Transilvania and Green Gate Development.
Her main focus is client liaison, strategic level input in overseeing client instructions, coordination of the teams' activities and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to a variety of international clients.
