The total turnover registered between January and September 2013 by the four Iulius Malls (Timisoara, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Suceva) was EUR 34.5 million, growth being registered compared to the similar period of last year, when the result was EUR 33.99 million, Mediafax writes.

The Palas Iasi complex registered in the first nine months EUR 9.54 million turnover for the retail area. The entire project developed in the city centre involved EUR 265 million investment and includes apart the mall and residential, offices and entertainment area.

"For 2013 we estimate total turnover for the group (four Iulius Malls and Palas Iasi) of approx. EUR 62 million. The average occupancy rate in Iulius Mall network is approx. 95%", have declared the representatives of Iulius Group.

Last year, Iulius Group reported EUR 55.6 million revenues from the  Iulius malls and the complex Palas Iasi. (source: wall-street.ro)
