The company, which is one of the global leading IT services and solutions providers for business from a wide range of business sectors and industries, entered the Romanian market in 2019, opening a regional office in Timisoara, in Vox Technology office project.

Vox Technology Park registered a good start in 2021, leasing a total office surface of 2,825 square meters. In addition to Tech Mahindra, Bulung, a logistics company with activities in Middle East and Central and Eastern Europe, opened its first Romanian office in Timisoara. Also, several other companies leased smaller surfaces. In total, over 8,700 square meters of office space were leased in Vox Technology Park since the debut of the Covid-19 pandemic in Romania.

We have implemented even from May 2020 several solutions in order to increase the safety level in the office building and we already have a large number of tenants who resumed their activity in their offices. The last 12 months were
good for us, with a total of over 8,700 square meters of office space leased”, stated Mark Oancea, Managing Director Vox Property Group, the developer and owner of the project.
The office project went through an intensive process of implementing preventive and security measures, meant to increase the level of sanitary security in the office spaces. Two thermal body scanner were acquired and installed, air filtration and sensor devices were installed in all the common areas all the traffic circuits within the building were redesigned.
Vox Technology Park has a total area of 26,600 square meters and was completed in Timisoara following an investment of 30 million euros.
