Therefore, Lukoil Lubricants East Europe and KZ IT Consulting will rent together over 830 sqm in S-Park office building and SAP Romania extends the rented area in the same building with another 840 sqm.

Lukoil Lubricants East Europe, member of Lukoil group, the most important oil company in Russia considering the fields of exploration, production, refining and trade of oil products, signed with Immofinanz a lease for an office area of 300 sqm, on three years term.
KZ IT Consulting, part of Group Sky Consult, one of the main IT consultancy services provider in Kazakhstan, signed a lease for 535 office area on three years term.
SAP Romania, a branch of SAP AG, world leader on the software market for companies management, is in the tenants’ portfolio of Immofinannz Group since 2007, and the current contract is signed for an area of 1,655 sqm, which will be extended with another 840 sqm, from which 300 sqm will be in use starting June 2014.
The entire area rented by SAP in S-Park building is 2,500 sqm, representing 7.3% of the total building area. The SAP lease was extended until 2017, year to mark 10 years of collaboration between the two companies.
S-Park has an area of 34,186 sqm, organized on eight levels: two underground levels, ground floor and five floors. The building is situated in the Northern Bucharest, near Presei Libere Square.
Immofinanz owns four A class office buildings in Bucharest. In total, the group owns nine properties in the office buildings sector, with a total rentable area of 206,185 sqm, a value of approx. EUR 351.2 million and an occupancy rate of more than 88% in Romania as per 31st of January 2013.
