Moreover, more and more office developers are choosing to integrate retail areas in ground floors in order to meet the employers’ need to shop and relaxation outside the working environment. Green Court, Novo Park and AFI Park are some of the projects which included in their ground floors supermarkets, fitness centres or cafes.
