This was the largest capital infusion made by a foreign investor in the first month of 2016.
In March last year, Immochan Romania opened Coresi Mall in Braşov, following EUR 60 million investment. In the end of 2015 the company’s representatives said that they were considering building locally a new commercial centre with the same model.
Immochan bought more than three years ago 100 hectares of the former industrial platform Tractorul in Braşov, with 24 ha allotted in the first phase to Coresi commercial centre, a project with a rentable area of 45,000 sq. m. On the rest of the plot, the company plans to develop a residential project with 2,000 apartments. (Source: zf.ro)
