The developer has already completed a €230,000 facelift to the food court, and added a few new restaurants, including a Pizza Mizza Express, LA Finger Food and Subway, bringing the overall capacity of the food court to 270 seats.

Work on the underground parking garage is still underway. IICG is expanding the parking capacity to 3600 cars at a cost of €300,000, including installation of a system that guides visitors to free spaces. The innovation was introduced in the Eurovea shopping center along the Danube in Bratislava.

Located at the edge of Bratislava, Avion shopping center has already undergone four extensions, with the whole complex currently stretching across 100,000 sqm. IKEA’s area has doubled, and now occupies nearly 37,000 sqm. (source: cijjournal.com)
