"This year we activated an investment budget of approx. five million euro, financed entirely from our own funds, the shareholders confirming the sustainability of the investment plan, without affecting the company’s debts, which are currently zero", has declared in a press release the CEO of Winmarkt, Antonio Di Berardino, according to Mediafax.
The network including 15 commercial centres, situated in the centre of 13 cities, has a rentable area of 88,200 sq. m and closed the fiscal year 2012 with a turnover of EUR 11.3 million and a net profit of EUR 5.8 million.
In the first semester of 2013, Winmarkt registered a turnover of EUR 5.3 million and continued the modernization process of its centres, at the same time with the reorganization of the premises in order to introduce new international retailers. Therefore, six new stores opening are planned for the next 12 months.
"Winmarkt commercial centres registered in the first six months of 2013 a monthly average of more than 2.6 million visitors each", the release also says. The occupancy rate of Winmarkt commercial centres is 85%.
Listed at Milano Stock Exchange, IGD has a rela estate portfolio evaluated at EUR 1.9 billion at 30th of June 2013, including 19 commercial centres and retail parks as well as 19 hypermarkets and supermarkets in Italy. (source: wall-street.ro)
