“AFI Europe Romania ended the first quarter of this year with better results, growing for all its parameters. The first three office buildings within AFI Park are fully let, AFI Park 4&5 is close to 70 pct occupancy rate, while the mixed use project AFI Palace Braşov, with a commercial centre of 45,000 rentable area and office spaces on 25,000 sq. m rentable area, the office project AFI Tech Park 50,000 sq. m rentable area in Bucharest and AFI City in Bucureşti Noi are in progress.

Additional to the new projects we are currently expanding both our malls (in Cotroceni and Ploieşti), bringing new top European brands and making our tenants mix stronger. After the completion of AFI Park 4&5, the portfolio in Romania reached 180,000 sq. m rentable spaces”, mentioned David Hay, CEO AFI Europe Romania.
