„The acquisition of Nova Building represents the logical step in the evolution of Global Vision, as our company has been continuously growing over the past 18 years. We chose this building, primarily to have our own space, where we can optimize the activities of our three divisions – Real Estate Development, Construction and Asset & Property Management. Furthermore, this building can serve as a business hub for our clients and collaborators, whom we want to be closer to, in the idea of making every day work more efficient”, said Sorin Preda, CEO & Founder Global Vision.
Through the planned refurbishment process, which is focused on sustainability, Global Vision intends to enhance the potential of Corner Office Building and bring it back into the interest of the office market. The same strategy was implemented for Brătianu Business Center - a historical monument - which was restored by Global Vision when added to the company’s portfolio to serve as a mixed-use business center.
„In the future, we estimate that such office projects will no longer be exceptions in our portfolio and will become a component of the mixed-use business parks that we develop in strategic areas. Furthermore, we plan to invest in such projects in various locations throughout Romania, our goal being to boost their potential and support the growth of local communities. Constanța, Oradea, Craiova are some of the markets we are considering for such investments focused on class A office spaces. For example, within Constanța Business Park - one of the largest business developments in South-Eastern Europe - we have already included in the project an area dedicated to office facilities, which will be developed in a future stage”, stated Șerban Juverdeanu, Head of Development Global Vision.
Built in 2008, the class A office building has a leasable area of approximately 7,000 sq.m (8 floors) and 2 underground levels. Currently, it accommodates tenants such as Oppo, Square7, Omifa, and NAI Romania.
For the Corner Office Building, Global Vision is planning to implement sustainable solutions in the renovation process in terms of materials and technologies, the goal being to optimize its long-term impact on the environment, by significantly reducing its carbon footprint. The interior design will be flexible and creative, to respond to the current needs of small and medium-sized companies.
