The city ranks first in Top 10 of the magazine, being followed by Cluj Napoca and Bucharest, said mayor Nicolae Robu on Tuesday. He mentioned the fact that the people from Frobes took into account the mayors’ integrity when drawing up the top.

“The Top refers to 40 cities in Romania and considers serious economic indicators. We get the title this year too. Business is good not only in the IT and automotive fields but also in other industries, considering the business figure obtained by companies and the added value with which they operate,” said the mayor at a press conference.

Nicolae Robu pointed out that when drawing up the classification people from Forbes magazine took into account the total opening of Timisoara City Hall towards investors and the facilities granted to them by the local administration.
