Flex Romania has rented a 1,200 sq m space in the office building completed in early December 2017, near Iulius Mall Timisoara. UBC 1 has a leasable area of 13,000 sqm and represents the second building delivered by the IULIUS group on the local market in one year after UBC 2 (18,000 sq m) in January 2017.

"We have worked with our partner to provide the Flex Romania team with modern, functional and flexible spaces tailored to the needs and concerns of employees to enjoy working. The new offices will allow employees to be not only creative and performing, but also to make better use of their time, with just a few steps away from many facilities", said Laurentiu Manea, Office Buildings Openville Manager.

Flex company has been present in Timisoara since 1998. About 130 people involved in global projects are going to work in the company's offices in UBC 1.

"Due to the expansion of our operations in Romania we needed a high quality office space. Openville has fully met our requirements in this respect",, said Adrian Dumbravă, General Manager of Flex Romania.

The Openville project is being developed by Iulius Group, owned by Iulian Dascalu and Atterbury Europe, an estimated investment of more than 220 million euros. It is one of the largest mixed real estate projects in Romania. (source: tion.ro)
