The office space will be used for the development of the instant office centre of Flash Office, which now will be expanded to a total area of 784 sq. m in Maria Rosetti Tower and a total of 1,584 sq. m in the two Bucharest locations Maria Rosetti Tower and Armand Călinescu 26.

ESOP Consulting has brokered, in the first quarter of 2015, 22 office rental transactions, totalizing an area of 10,454 sq. m.

The two instant office centres of Flash Office Solutions are fully occupied, new spaces will become available in the second part of May, following the expansion with an additional floor in Maria Rosetti Tower.
