The project aimed the establishment of a business incubator, offering integrated services to local medium and small companies, with the purpose of developing the business infrastructure of the city of Tîrgu-Mureş. The 11 offices are completely equipped, benefiting from the permanent support of the eight project’s employees, aim to reach 100% occupancy rate.

The project was developed during 17 months, from May 2011 until October 2012. The building was fully developed, and the works lasted approx. a year, followed by the furniture acquisition, IT equipment, etc.

Spread over an area of 725 sq m, the centre is situated in the business area of the city of Târgu-Mureș. The 11 offices have areas between 20 and 40 sq m, are completely furnished and IT equipped, meeting room, a modern conference room, a protocol room, kitchens, guarded parking etc. (source: economica.net)
