According to sources in the real estate market, the institution is looking for a space of 5,000-5,500 sq. m, already having some discussions with real estate brokers. If FCA will decide to go on with the relocation, the space request will be auctioned.
Taking into consideration the current level of A class offices rents, the annual rent will reach EUR 700,000-EUR 750,000, without taking into consideration the discounts and facilities usually given by the owners.
