Felinvest to complete first office building in Cluj Business Center project
Felinvest, a real estate company owned by businessman Octavian Buzoianu, will complete in March its first office building module part of a real estate project developed on the former sweets factory Feleacul’s site in Cluj-Napoca.
Cluj Business Center will have three buildings, seven floors height and two underground parking levels, with a total area of more than 57,000sqm. The project is raised on a 20,000sqm land.
The investment for the first building module was of EUR 9 million.
Second stage will imply the construction of another two buildings, with 18,500sqm starting next year, with an investment of nearly EUR 16.5 million each. (source: citynews.ro)
