The complex includes 4,000 units in 42 buildings, interior and exterior pools, terraces, restaurants, spa and wellness clubs, event halls, school, garden, shops, medical practice, 4,000 sq m green area, 2,500 parking places. It was developed on a total area of near 15 ha and it is currently inhabited by over 6,000 people, mostly less than 35 years.

The construction started in 2008 and 3,500 apartments are currently completed. Another 500 units are currently under construction and will be deliver this autumn, among them 250 are already contracted.

 “Total investment by now reached approx. EUR 73 million and came from own funds, being sustained by the good apartments selling pace”, has declared Radu Teleman, marketing director within Militari Residence.
