Two of the projects are situated next to each other on George Enescu St., where are intended for development according to ZF information, an office building and a four or five stars hotel.

The hotel will be developed by Dentotal Investment, with a 43 years dentist, Bogdan Dogariu, among its shareholders, the owner of 35% of the shares. „The project should be completed next year in October-November, but I cannot tell you details about this project at this moment“, Dogariu declared.

Right next to Dentotal’s plot, Jupiter Group, the owner of Jupiter City commercial centre in Piteşti, is developing an office building around an historical mansion. The investment could reach approx. EUR 7 million, according to ZF estimations. (source: zf.ro)
