Globalworth Square, part of the Globalworth District in the northern part of Bucharest, has a total leasable area of 29,000 sqm, spanning 3 underground levels, a ground floor, 15 upper floors, and a technical level. The building’s typical floor plan measures 2,130 sqm.
With this agreement, eMAG will occupy a space of 10,000 sqm GLA, bringing the building’s occupancy rate to a remarkable 100%. The ecommerce giant will also benefit from the extended fit-out service provided by Globalworth’s Workplaces division. This new partnership further exemplifies Globalworth’s expertise in offering tailored solutions for its partners, with more than 250,000 sqm of fitted-out office spaces under its belt.
