The Dutch company is present in the office component of the urban complex since 2012, occupying a total area of 1,500 sq. m., with approx. 100 employees working in the two rented premises.
Centric IT Solutions is part of Centric International group, offering IT and financial solutions, as well as engineering and advisory solutions. Its headquarters is situated in the Netherlands, but the company has offices in 10 countries, counting approx. 5,000 employees.
Centric IT Solutions Romania started its activity in Iasi, in December 2010, with a pilot project and a team of four programmers. The success of the first project made the personnel growing progressively, leading to the announcement, in the end of 2012, that Centric moved its entire development activity in Iasi, as part of the company’s long term strategy.
„Choosing the city of Iasi was based on the fact that it is a university town, where the company could find the personnel needed for its extension, very well professionally trained, with a high quality education, good English speaker, things confirmed by the constant positive feedback received from our”, said Gabriel Csergö, competence manager within Centric IT Solutions Romania.
Palas Iasi includes four A class office buildings, with a total rentable area of 28,000 sq. m, named United Business Center. The companies with offices in Palas Iasi include Amazon Romania, Endava, Danieli Engineering, TeamNet International, Synygy, EBS, Ness Technologies, Raiffeisen Bank, Volksbank, Bentley Systems, Ernst&Young, AROBS Transilvania Software, Basware, Movial and PwC. The office component of the Palas complex is currently 85% rented.
Iulius Group is the biggest local malls developer and operator.
