"CBRE, which is leader in commercial centre management within Central and Eastern Europe and which has a specialized division in Romania, has signed a mandate with Austrian real estate investor S IMMO, the owner of 80,000 sqm mall. Sun Plaza mandate marks the opening of the property management department within CBRE Romania", a press release of CBRE shows.

Sun Plaza’s management will be coordinated by Claudiu Szetyanszki, supervised by Luiza Moraru, the head of the retail department within CBRE Romania.

The property management division of CBRE manages in CEE approx. 1.7 million sq m in over 200 assets in six countries. The group has 55 commercial centres in its CEE property management portfolio, with corporate clients (investment funds) as well as private companies.

Sun Plaza I second largest development project of S IMMO. Opened in 2010 in Souhern Bucharest, the mall includes over 130 stores, operated by both local and international tenants. (source: economica.net)
