250 employees will work in the new offices starting December. „We plan to reach 500 employees by the end of next year”, has declared Gabriel Jurj, head of Delivery Centre within Capgemini Romania.

The company is active in 44 countries, with more than 125,000 employees. The first quarters in Iasi was opened in 2009.

The office component of Palas Iasi complex includes four A class office buildings, with a total rentable area of 28,000 sq m, under the name of United Business Center.

The companies with quarters in Palas buildings include Amazon Romania, Endava, Danieli Engineering, TeamNet International, Synygy, EBS, Centric IT Solutions, Ness Techologies, Raiffeisen Bank, Volksbank, Bentley Systems, AROBS Transilvania Software, Basware, Movial and PwC.

The office component of Palas is currently 85% rented.
