Among the tenants of the class A office building on George Enescu Street in Bucharest are Oriflame, Air France / KLM and the Norwegian Embassy.

George Enescu Office Building consists of a 550 sq m, 1890's plus a newly built construction with three underground floors (parking, storage, commercial), a ground floor with lobby and commercial spaces, a  mezzanine (commercial spaces) and nine office floors, with a total of 8,525 sq. m gross internal area. The building has 3,500 sq m has new office spaces, with an additional 575 sq m of commercial space with a frontage to Enescu street.

The office building has a total of 76 underground parking spaces.

 Euro Sun, through the subsidiary of Samax Romania, is the sole owner of the Rovina project in Hunedoara County. In May 2015, ANRM awarded the Canadians a golden exploitation license from Rovina for a period of 20 years.

The gold deposit of Rovina, the second largest in Europe, contains 204 tons of gold and over 635,000 tons of copper. The Rovina mine is 17 kilometres away from the Certej mining concession, owned by Canadians at Eldorado Gold, and about 20 kilometres from Roşia Montană, a project also developed by a Canadian company - Gabriel Resources.
