The investor said it has already applied to Kraków City Hall for the permits it needs to start the project, which are expected to be issued in the medium-term. The site preparation work has already started. The Kraków-based developer Buma passed a milestone in 2012 by bringing its total office space delivered over the past 20 years to more than 100,000. Specifically, it handed over the third and final building of Green Office, its 21,300 sqm scheme. In addition, it’s completed buildings A and B in Quattro Business Park. The latter scheme, started in 2008, is to offer 48,000 office space in total by 2014. Construction of its BREEAM-certified building C at Quattro was launched in Q1 2012, with delivery planned for September 2013. Work on building D is also scheduled to commence this year. Buma prepares new Kraków office project
Buma Inwestor is preparing to break ground on a new office project in Kraków. The new scheme is set to go up on Stefana Rogozińskiego street and will offer 18,000 sqm of leasable space.
