The investment fund, which real estate assets on the Romanian market are managed by Siminel Andrei through NCH, has put on sale last year 4.5 ha plot of land in the vicinity of AFI Palace Cotroceni mall in Bucharest.

Last year, the asked price was EUR 36 million, EUR 800/sq. m. Now the price was reduced with 37.5%, to EUR 22.5 million.

The land is part of the former industrial platform UMEB, where the mall AFI Palace Cotroceni was developed..

New Century Holding (NCH) manages several investment funds on the Romanian market, including Broadhurst and also owns major shared in Vel Pitar, Romlux Târgovişte, the industrial platform Anticorosiv in Bucharest and Libra Bank. (source: economica.net)
