“The contractor is obliged to execute the works for the data center on its risk, at BNR Gorj Agency, situated in Târgu-Jiu, 4 Geneva St., Gorj county, insuring their completion and remedying all flaws of the works according to the obligations accepted through this contract and considering the Laws 50/1991 and 10/1995, the technical and financial offer, made considering the technical project designed by SC Atrium SRL Târgu-Jiu”, the contract project proposed by the institution says.
