The company Alia Parking, which entered bankruptcy in 2012, is 70 pct controlled by the Spanish group Alius, the developer of the residential complex Alia Apartments in Arcul de Triumf area in Bucharest, according to ZF data.
The 17,000 sq. m land bought by the Spanish in order to develop a residential and office complex is situated on DN 1, one kilometer distance from Băneasa commercial centre and 4 kilometres distance from Henri Coandă Airport.
The land was also put on sale more than one year ago, the starting price back then being of EUR 6.9 million. (Source: zf.ro)
