"TriGranit Management Corporation returns on the commercial centres market in Romania, taking over the property management contract for Atrium Center, ee years ago in Arad (...) The commercial centre was recently bought by a company owned by Demján Group", a press release of TriGranit shows.

Atrium Center is situated in the city centre and has 29,500 sq. m on three levels. The mall includes 150 stores with local and international brands, wellness and entertainment area, as well as a cinema, Cinema City, with a capacity of 1,600 seats.

The executive manager of TriGranit Management Corporation, has declared in the release that the company will expand its portfolio in Romania, mainly focusing Bucharest.

"Atrium Centers started the development of Atrium Center Arad in October 2006. We encountered difficult moments during development stage, but we succeeded in finalizing the project, opened in March 2010 despite the financial crises", has declared Michael Israeli, managing partener Atrium Centers, the project’s developer.

TriGranit Management Corporation was founded in 1994 and is part of Demjan group of companies, together with another more than 30 companies, including TriGranit Development Corporation, the owner of Polus commercial centre in Cluj-Napoca and Arcadom, partner in Atrium Arad’s development.
