“The year 2013 proves to be much more dynamic compared to the similar period of last year”, has declared Alina Necula, head of marketing and sales within Adama.
The month of May also brought the completion of the two-roomed stock from the residential project Evocasa Armonia, developed by Adama in Titan neighbourhood in Bucharest. The complex thus reaches to a 90% sale rate, the first phase of the project including a total of 262 apartments within the two 13 floors buildings.
Following the stock depletion of two roomed apartments, Evocasa Armonia only offers studios, three roomed apartments and penthouses.
Adama also develops in Titan area the new phases of the complexes Edenia Titan and Evocasa Optima. The new apartments will be completed and delivered in the autumn of this year, 25% of each project being already sold from the construction phase.
Other residential complexes also registered good sales in this period. For example, Asmita Gardens, being in insolvency, has sold in April 21 apartments with a total value over EUR 2.5 million.
Adama is active in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey. The company has built by present over 1,500 apartments and a few tens of thousands sqm of commercial and office spaces, in Bucharest (Evocenter One, Evocasa Armonia, Edenia Titan, Evocasa Optima, Evocasa Selecta), Ploiesti (Evocasa Orizont), Bacau (Evocasa Completa), Brasov (Evocasa Viva), Iasi (Copou Bellevue) and Cluj. The number of the sold units by now exceeds 1,000 apartments. (sursa: dailybusiness.ro)
