The construction of the second building of the project, with 25 units already sold, was started in October last year. The total investment reached EUR 5.4 million. Evocasa Optima II offers 84 apartments in a building with 11 floors.
The prices start from EUR 59,905 with VAT in addition for two rooms and can reach EUR 91,935 with VAT in addition for three rooms.
