Those investors have 24 malls in Romania, almost half of the area of modern commercial centres as well as 600,000 sqm office buildings, representing a third from the total office space in Bucharest. Iulian Dascălu, NEPI and AFI Europe extended their real estate portfolios last year through acquisitions or completions of new projects which contributed to their revenue growth, on a real estate market that remained however stagnant, with few real active players. Ten biggest local real estate investors have realized last year 350 million euros revenues from the exploitation of their portfolio (malls and office buildings).
