CBRE Romania assisted Adventum Group, a CEE focused real estate investment manager, entering on the Romanian real estate market through the acquisition of Hermes Business Campus, an office complex located in the north Bucharest. Adventum’s first investment in Romania marks the biggest office transaction in Bucharest in 2021 as well as the largest investment of a new real estate player in Romania since 2018.

Skanska successfully completes the transaction for the sale of buildings 6.2 and 6.3 in Campus 6, Bucharest

After selling the office buildings 6.2 & 6.3 in Campus 6 for 97 million euros, Skanska now transfers them to the new owner, S IMMO AG. The transaction that took place in December 2020 marked the beginning of the partnership between Skanska and the Austrian real estate company and is Skanska's largest transaction on the Romanian market so far.

Atenor sold office project Hermes Business Campus to Adventum Group

ATENOR announces that an agreement has been reached on the sale of the company NGY Properties, owner of HERMES BUSINESS CAMPUS in Bucharest, to Adventum Group and its partners. They are set to acquire, with its Adventum Quartum fund, 100% of NGY Properties.
