The portfolio comprises half of the BOB office building next to the Pipera metro, completed in 2008. The property is valued at 46.3 million euros. The portion owned by Grivalia and leased, in part, by Banca Transilvania, has an area of about 22,000 square meters.

Another office building in the Grivalia portfolio is Eliade Tower in Floreasca, completed in 2004 and valued at 11.1 million euros at the end of 2018. The building is about 7,000 square meters and is adjacent to the One Floreasca City complex developed by One United Properties.

Grivalia also owns the space where Brico Dépôt operates in Iași, near Iulius Mall.
