One Victoriei Center is located in the center of the city, has a leasable area of about 12,000 square meters and tenants such as Food Panda, BRD, S&T, Mediafax Group, Embryo’s Fertility Clinic, Irem Spa and Ownzones Entertainment Technologies.The building was taken over by One United Properties from Immofinanz in 2018.
Indotek has been operating in Romania since 2019, after it bought Promenada Târgu Mureș Mall from AEW Europe.
