Main office deliveries in Cluj in 2014

Following the request growth, the office spaces offer in large cities outside Bucharest is improving in 2014, with Cluj being the city on the first position.

Two new tenants in the tallest office building in Bucharest

Ericsson expands to 16,000 sq.m its offices in West Gate Bucharest

Ericsson Romania, local subsidiary of the Swedish telecommunications equipments producer, expands with 4,000 sq. m the office area occupied in Wes Gate business park, owned by Genesis Development in Western Bucharest. The area rented by Ericsson reaches 16,000 sq. m, while the contractual period extends by 2019.

Yardi rented 3,000 sq. m offices in The Office project in Cluj. Over 50 pct. of the building is rented

American real estate software manufacturer Yardi rented more than 3,000 sq. m offices in The Office building, developed by NEPI and the businessman Ovidiu Sandor in Cluj.
