Colliers obtained LEED accreditation for the green certification of the existing buildings

Oana Adjudeanu, consultant within the property management department of Colliers International Romania, has obtained LEED Accredited Professional certificate on Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M).

City Gate North Tower office building received green certification

GTC and Bluehouse City Gate e finalized the certification process of the first office tower within City Gate project in Bucharest, according to Colliers International, which assisted the process.

BREEAM Excellent awarded to T-Mobile Office Park

T-Mobile Office Park, the latest investment from Ghelamco, is now the first put into use office building in Poland which has been certified BREEAM, with the very high level of Excellent. Across Europe there are only 34 buildings with such an assessment, of which only five of them are completed, the other being certified at the design stage.

Energy certificates become mandatory for real estate transactions starting July 19

Owners who want to either sell or rent real estate properties will require an energy certificate in order to conclude contracts. The measure is provided by Law 159/2013 which refers to the energy performance of local buildings.

Following the preliminary audit of the project documentation carried out by Hill International, the Małachowski Square office complex currently being developed in the centre of Warsaw, has been entered into the BREEAM environmental certification system with an expected "very good" final rating.

Green fever: 20% of the office stock is certified, more to come

The word „green” becomes almost customary when speaking about the local office market. Even if only approx. 15-20% of Bucharest office stock has currently a green certification and the owners do not benefit from any tax ease, as in Cluj.

Global City Business Park will have green certification

The process of LEED certification for green buildings is currently undergoing for Global City Business Park. The pre-assessment process was completed, and implementation procedure should be determined.
