JLL Enters New Advisory Segment of the Market

Jones Lang LaSalle Romania recently obtained the functioning license from Great Britain’s Building Research Establishment, which allows the company to offer advisory services for green office buildings certification according to BREEAM British standard.

City Gate North Tower office building received green certification

GTC and Bluehouse City Gate e finalized the certification process of the first office tower within City Gate project in Bucharest, according to Colliers International, which assisted the process.

BREEAM Excellent awarded to T-Mobile Office Park

T-Mobile Office Park, the latest investment from Ghelamco, is now the first put into use office building in Poland which has been certified BREEAM, with the very high level of Excellent. Across Europe there are only 34 buildings with such an assessment, of which only five of them are completed, the other being certified at the design stage.

Energy certificates become mandatory for real estate transactions starting July 19

Owners who want to either sell or rent real estate properties will require an energy certificate in order to conclude contracts. The measure is provided by Law 159/2013 which refers to the energy performance of local buildings.
