Rewe Romania to invest EUR 100 mln in new outlets and store upgrades

Residential construction permits – 5% increase in the first four months

The number of the construction permits for residential buildings increased in the first four months compared with the same period of last year with 5% (498 permits) to 10,467, according to the National Institute for Statistics (INS).

Bucharest’s Q1 2013 office space delivery surges to 2012 total volume level

In the first quarter of 2013 some 71,000 sqm of office space were delivered in Bucharest, a figure approximately equal to the total volume delivered 2012, according to a DTZ Echinox report.
