UPC rents 6,000 sqm within The Bridge office project in Bucharest’s Orhideea area

The cable and telecom company UPC Romania signed with the developer Forte Partners for 6,000 sqm of offices in The Bridge 2 building, under construction in the Orhideea area of the capital.

Real estate transactions number increased by 4.5% in February, close to 51,000
