VIVO Food Bar has rented a space on the ground floor of AFI Park 5 office building

Vivo Food Bar opens a gourmet burgers restaurant in the AFI Park office complex, on the ground floor of the AFI Park 5 building, in a total area of 317 square meters. Thus, VIVO Food Bar joins the other tenants of AFI Park 4 & 5 office buildings, Cameron, Telus, VeeAM, Schlumberger, SecureWorks, XPERI and Fotonation.

The value of real estate transactions in 2017, about one billion euros in Romania

The volume of real estate investment in Romania in 2017 is estimated at around EUR 1 billion, almost 10% higher than in 2016 (EUR 890 million). The figure is 8% of the total in the Central and Eastern Europe region of 12.17 billion euros, according to the JLL.
