The efficient partitioning of Unirii View's space perfectly matched the complex requirements H & M Romania had in terms of its new headquarters: a modern office with a high level of efficiency and a space to host a showroom for partners and opinion leaders.
The company was assisted in the rental transaction by real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, with an 18-month review and negotiation process.

Unirii View is located on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, just five minutes away from Unirii Square and will be completed in the summer of 2018. Unirii View will be the tallest modern office building in the center of Bucharest, with 19 floors (73 meters) and a leasable area of approximately 17,500 square meters.
